2. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

3. Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Custom-engraved and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
